Return Policy

1. Return Period:

   • Customers are entitled to return a product within 15 days of receiving it.
   • Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours.
     

2. Return Conditions:

   • A manufacturing defect in the product.
   • The product does not match the original order.
   • The customer desires a return or exchange.

3. Product Condition:

   • The product must be in its original packaging.
   • The product must not be used or damaged.

4. Shipping Process:

   • Returns are only allowed if the order is from Bahrain.
   • For other Gulf countries, returns are not allowed.
   • If the customer is visiting Bahrain, they can return the order through the Al Bayan Perfumes branch in Buri.
     

5. Shipping Error:

   • If the order was sent incorrectly by us, we will take full responsibility and cover the shipping costs.

6. Refund:

   • The refund will be issued to the customer after receiving and inspecting the product.

7. If the order is not received by the customer or is refused:

   • We will contact the shipping company and the customer to determine the reason.
     
   • If the reason is related to the shipping company, we will bear all the fees and refund the amount to the customer.
     
   • If the reason is related to the customer and they refuse to receive the shipment, the full amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fees, return fees, and refund processing fees whether through remittance or bank transfer.
