Delivery Policy

For orders from Bahrain:

• We ship orders within 24 hours, and before the delivery representative arrives, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for you.

For delivery to Gulf countries:

• A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp by one of our staff containing the shipping terms, and once agreed upon, the order will be shipped.
• Delivery time: 4 to 10 business days for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and 4 to 14 days for Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman, excluding official holidays and weekends.

Note: Orders may take longer than usual during discount periods and promotional sales.
